Prince Hall Masonry
was brought to Ohio in 1847, in the form of two
lodges from Pennsylvania, and a third lodge followed
in 1848. In 1849 these three lodges came together to
regularly erect the first Prince Hall Grand Lodge
west of the Allegheny Mountains. To learn
