The Masonic symposium in Dayton, Ohio will offer Lodges the opportunity to learn about what other Lodges are doing to develop a culture and Masonic Experiences that results in Lodge meetings that are well attended, new members being well educated, and the Lodge experiencing good retention of active members.  This will include discussions, a Festive Board, and opportunities to share ideas, ask questions, and discuss the application of these ideas to your Lodge.
